How reliable is product availability?
Product availability is updated daily. In case of an availability problem where the number of orders exceeds the current stock level, you will be informed by email or phone, and given the option to change your order to a different style, wait for the style to become available or cancel with a full refund.

The product i received looks different to the image on the website?
While every effort is made to ensure that details and colours are correct at the time of being placed on the website, we cannot be held responsible for any errors. All product images on our website are as accurate as possible, however due to the inconsistency of monitors and screens, colour tones and shades may not be exact to the product.

What sizing formats do we use?
All sizes shown on our website are UK sizes. If you are not sure what size to order please see our size chart or alternatively contact us at sales at vibrams dot co dot uk. We generally recommend that Vibram Fivefingers are worn half a size smaller than your usual UK shoe size.

What payment methods are available?
Payment methods available on internet orders are- Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Solo. See Google Checkout for assistance.
If you wish to pay via Cheque or Postal Order please contact us first. The order will not be processed until payment is received or has cleared.

What delivery options do you offer?
All our items are sent out using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. All purchases made Monday to Thursday before 1pm will be posted the same day and will try to be delivered the following day. Items purchased on Fridays and over the Weekend will be dealt with on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. On rare occasions some deliveries may take longer.

What if i want the item(s) to be delivered on a weekend?
This can be arranged. Please contact us first. There is usually an additional cost for this service. This depends on your circumstances.

Can i place an order to be delivered to someone else?
For security reasons your order will have to be shipped to the card billing address only.

How can i track my delivery?
At the moment there is no online tracking, but you may contact us if you have a query regarding tracking your order.

How can i cancel an order?
To cancel an order before it's dispatched please contact us ASAP. If the order has already been dispatched you may return it, but please check the Terms and Conditions first.

What time should i expect delivery?
Items purchased on Monday to Thursday before 1pm should be dispatched the same day. They should be delivered the following day. Items purchased on Friday and over the Weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday. However this efficiency is not always possible.

What happens if i'm not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?
If you're out at the time of delivery the courier, Royal Mail should leave a card explaining where the parcel is being held and their contact details. If someone else is at the address they may sign for the parcel, as the courier is contracted to deliver the parcel to the address stated not the person. In the event that you haven't received your parcel or a card within the expected delivery time please contact us.

What happens if the courier misplaces my parcel?
In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost by the courier, as the sender we will be responsible for making enquires and claims for the lost items. This means that once the courier classes a parcel as lost, we can process a replacement or refund immediately. This can take up to 15 working days but is usually much quicker. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the expected time.

What happens if my parcel is damaged / mistreated?
If the outer packaging of your parcel is open or damaged REFUSE DELIVERY, contact us immediately and we will make all the arrangements for a replacement. If the any items are damaged when the parcel is opened again contact us.

I have seen other colours and styles, can you help?
Usually we only stock the colours and sizes on the website. However it is possible for us to obtain other styles and colours upon request. Please contact us.

I am unsure of my size. are they a small or big fit?
The Fivefingers are known for there snug fit, and are intended to be worn tight. We therefore advise the smaller of the 2 sizes in debate.

How do i clean the shoes?
The shoes are machine washable with a normal 40 degree colour wash.

I have worn the fivefingers and my feet hurt. what should i do?
If the pain is muscular, this is most likely due to your feet not being used to the shoe and is usually nothing to worry about, just allow time for your feet to adapt. Slight discomfort is likely during the first few wears of the Fivefingers. If the discomfort continues and is more joint orientated, seek medical advice.

Do you ship to countires other than the uk?
Yes! This can be arranged. Please contact us first with your order and shipping destination. We will then contact you with postage fees and delivery times.
