How reliable is product availability?

Our stock levels update daily. If something goes out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you with options:

  • Switch to another model

  • Wait for restock

  • Receive a full refund

The product I received looks different to the images online — why?

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. If you're unhappy, you can return the item in saleable condition within 45 days.

What sizing formats do you use?

We use EU sizing as the primary format for Vibram FiveFingers and Furoshiki.
A UK conversion is shown for reference.

Shipping & Delivery

What delivery options do you offer?

At checkout you can choose UK delivery to:

  • Home address

  • Lockers

  • Parcel shops

Services range from Next Day to 4 working days.

Orders placed before 12 noon typically ship the same day.

Can my order be delivered on Saturday?

Yes — most Next Day services include Saturday delivery.
If you pay for this service and it doesn’t arrive, we’ll refund the delivery cost.

What if I’m not home for delivery?

Drivers may:

  • Leave a card

  • Try a neighbour

  • Deliver to a safe place

You can also manage delivery using the courier app.

What if my parcel is lost?

We’ll deal with the courier on your behalf and normally repost your order immediately.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Refuse the parcel and contact us right away — we’ll arrange a replacement.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship within the UK and Channel Islands.


Returns & Cancellations

How can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately — if it hasn’t shipped, we can cancel.
If already shipped, simply return under our 45-day returns policy.

What is your returns policy?

You have 45 days to return items in saleable condition for a refund or exchange.

Can I return shoes I’ve worn outside?

No. Please test indoors only until you’re sure of the fit.
