The Festive Season is upon us, and like Santa’s workshop, we’ll be operating on a limited basis over Christmas! Here’s everything you need to know to keep your orders and returns running smoothly during this merry time:


Order Processing and Delivery

If you place an order between 24th December 2024 and 2nd January 2025, please allow for slightly longer delivery times than usual.

  • Dispatch Dates: Orders will be posted on 27th December and 30th December only.

Customer Service Availability

Our team will be operating on a limited basis but will do our best to respond to emails on 27th December and 30th December.

  • For emails received outside of these dates, we kindly ask for your patience—we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Our returns are extended - you have until 15th Feb for Christmas Returns & Exchanges

We’ve made returns and exchanges easy with our online Returns Portal, accessible from our homepage.

How to Use the Returns Portal

  • You’ll need your order number and the email address associated with the order.
  • If the item was a gift, you’ll need to obtain this information from the gift giver.

Within the portal, you can:

  • Exchange for the same or different items.
  • Report faulty goods.
  • Request a refund.

New Feature: Instant Replacement

Want your replacement item sent out immediately, even before we’ve received your return?

  • Choose the Instant Replacement Option within the portal.
  • Pre-authorised credit card details will be required (your card will only be charged if we don’t receive the returned item within 20 days).
  • Use the DPD Returns Option and purchase a tracked returns label through the portal to ensure seamless tracking.
