Barefoot footwear can feel a little different at first, and sometimes finding your perfect fit takes a small adjustment. That’s why we’ve made our returns and exchanges process as simple and hassle-free as possible.


45 Day Returns

Most retailers stop at 30 days. We give you 45.

We know life moves fast, plans change and sometimes finding the right fit takes a little longer. That’s why we offer an extended 45 day returns window to help make things easier and give you plenty of time to get items back to us.

You can return or exchange any item within 45 days of receiving your order, provided it is returned in saleable condition.

Christmas Returns

Orders placed after 16th November 2025 qualify for extended Christmas returns until 31st January 2026.


Free Returns & Exchanges

We cover the cost of your return back to us for both refunds and exchanges.

We also cover the cost of sending exchanged items back out to you — because finding the right fit matters.


Instant Exchanges

Need a different size or style quickly?

Our Instant Exchange service allows your new item to be sent out as soon as your return is in transit, so there’s less waiting around.

To use this service, we temporarily pre-authorise your card details when arranging the exchange. You will only be charged if the original item is not returned within 20 days.


How To Return An Item

Simply head to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts for refunds, exchanges or store credit requests.

Once your return has been created, please send your items back promptly to ensure they arrive within our 45 day returns window.


Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

If you choose store credit, we’ll add an extra 10% to your balance to use on a future order and this will be provided by means of an  e-gift voucher.


Exchanges

You can exchange for any available item.

  • If the new item costs more, you simply pay the difference

  • If the new item costs less, the remaining balance can be refunded or added as store credit


Saleable Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Tried on indoors only

  • In original condition and unworn

  • Returned with original packaging and tags

  • Sent back with the shoebox protected inside outer packaging

Please do not apply tape, labels or writing directly onto the shoebox.

Items returned in poor condition may be refused and sent back.


Free Gifts & Promotional Items ( very Important)

If your order included a free gift or promotional item linked to a qualifying purchase, this must also be returned if the qualifying item is returned.

Where the free gift is not returned, the retail value of the item will be deducted from your refund.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item has developed a fault, simply select the “Faulty Item” option within our Returns Portal and follow the prompts provided.

You’ll be asked to provide:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of the item

Even where the fault may be internal or not clearly visible, photos are still required as part of the assessment process.

Once submitted, our team will review the information provided and either approve or decline the return request.

Faults Within 6 Months

Eligible for:

  • Refund

  • Exchange

  • Store Credit

Faults Between 6–12 Months

Eligible for:

  • Exchange

  • Store Credit
