We suggest measuring both your feet in cm on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall. This is to find you EU size.(The UK Size is just there as a guide) Mark where your longest toe ends and take this measurement and compare it to the chart to find you size. This is not an exact science as the shoes do vary a little, style by style, but we have found this to be the best way to find your size.

Please also bear in mind your feet are always slightly larger at the end of the day or after exercise so this is the best time to measure them.

The Vibram No Show Toe Socks Coolmax blend are a stretch fit designed to fit like a glove for your feet. This fit will add approximately 1mm to your feet dimensions which rarely affects the size of shoe you choose. They can also be worn with a conventional trainer. The benefits of this along with the obvious need for wearing with Vibram Fivefingers shoes are that they wick moisture more effectively from between the toes. This is great for general  foot health and has also been known to help clear up or prevent athletes foot and also for anti-blistering between the toes. We will happily refund or exchange any item(s) purchased from us that are returned within 45 days of you receiving your order. Unwanted returns for refund or exchange should be in saleable condition.

We define a saleable condition as:

  • The tags have not been removed.
  • The goods have not been worn outside, damaged or show signs of wear.
  • The goods are in their original box for shoes or packaging or other products
  • The packaging (socks) or the box (shoes) is not damaged beyond reasonable acceptance.
  • Please wrap any returned shoe boxes before sending back. Please do not deface the boxes in any way or stick any returns labels on them
  • Any goods that do not meet the above requirements will be posted back to you the customer at the discretion of our quality control team.

If your order is placed before 2PM it will usually be shipped the same day. After this time it will be posted out the next working day (Mon-Fri)

Tracking details will be communicated once the order has been processed by the warehouse. For orders after 2PM on Fridays, please allow for delayed delivery times as the items will not be posted out until the next working day (Monday) Tuesday if there is a bank holiday.
